Apologies for it being in seperate PDF files as they are too big to be placed all in one file.

Requirements:
To build a website enabling Bupa clinical staff based off-site to access Bupa information, who were unable to access the Bupa site through Bupa’s firewall

Conflict of Interest Portal JPG icon
One of the recent pieces of work was to construct a template using SharePoint 2013 in order for the offshore developers to create a working version of this. the requirements were provided in a word document and this was interpreted within the following image.
Leadership Information Portal

Information to be added shortly

Aga Khan Health Board - Case Study 2

Requirements:
To design a mobile Health App for initially the South Indian Community, as they are commonly known to be associated with none communical diseases, such as Cancer, Strokes, Heart Attacks and diabetes. This App will provide users with information to assist them to manage their own conditions more effictively by providing them with the information to hand. This information includes “NICE” approved tests for each condition.

E.G. Diabetes, there are 9 test to be completed for each patient each year. So Patients can be proactive and tell their GPs that these tests have not been done.
Indian favourite Recipes with a break down of salt / Fat / Carbs / Sugar / as well as Nutrition details on hundreds of popular indian dishes
There is also an option for individuals to ask a question if they have a complicated / multiple conditions.

My purpose on this project was to design an App (initially on the IOS platform) ensuring Branding / colours / logos were all displayed correctly and that the designs were user-centric while being easy / intuative even for the senior members of the community to use frequently.

Mockup of Health App - loginPage (Low Fidelity)
Login PageJPG icon
The requirement for the login page was for the user to enter in their unique registration code which had been emailed to them earlier. In terms of branding we used a recognisable image which the community was very familar with and continued the branding using the red colour through out.

Mockup of Health App - Profile Page (Low Fidelity)
Profile 1PageJPG icon
You can notice, 2 ideas came for this page, would mobile devices only relate to an individual or could family members register their whole family (including parents, partner and children) thus the 2 seperate Profile pages - Concensus when for the first one as it would be more complex to multiple profiles on a device with various conditions.

Mockup of Health App - Profile Page

So this one will not used within the construction of the App.

Mockup of Health App - Menu Options Page
Menu Options PageJPG icon
On the Menu Options page you are able to click directly on to the option you wish to visit which would then highlight in red. You will notice the Article and Advice section, information is pushed to the mobile device but only the related information would be displayed according to the needs of the individual which would be determind from the survey they would complete.

Mockup of Health App - Nutrition Page

Within the Nutrition Page - here we will be providing all the indian dishes. There will be an option to search the DB for dishes which would be good for them to eat

When a dish is selected it will display an image, recipe, method of preparation and cooking instruction as well as its nutritional values using traffic light signals (with green being Good, Amber being ok and Red being bad.

Health SurveyJPG icon
Here is my design a Health Survey which has been displayed in a clickable PDF file and will eventually progress through 5-6 pages of survey questions.

User Journey for the Medical Reminder
Health App - Medical Reminder PDF icon
This shows the user journey from entering the first medicine entry - adding the dosage, adding the frequency of taking the medication and the times.
adding further medications
Editing their medications including the dosage / frequency and deleting
displaying the full list of medications / dosage / frequency to medical staff when required - instead of the patient carrying the medications with them to appointments or trying to locate the midication card when dosage / frequency changes.

Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) - Case Study 3

Requirements: NMC has over 650,000 members, all of which needed to renew their membership annually and every 3 years were required to update their details. Prior to me the renewals required an additional team of 50 call centre staff to be set up during the months of August to November to deal with the increased number of calls.
My role was to design a new online registration portalto enable their members to register / renew / update their details at their convenience.
As Nurses work a minimum 12 hour shift with only 30 minute breaks, and the NMC offices are only open from 8:45am to 6pm from Monday to Friday, it is difficult for them to contact the offices as they are either working (day shifts) or sleeping (as they were on the night shift).

The following mock-ups were designed using Balsamiq mockup tool and it was developed using Twitter Bootstrap.js framework

Each of the following are different personnas for the different groups of individuals accessing the NMCs registration / payment portal

Lapse and Renew Registrations PaymentsJPG icon
This is the personas for those either wishing to Lapse their registration or for those wishing to renew their registration to NMC in order to continue practicing in the UK. As it is illegal for any Nurse / Midwife to be working in UK without a valid NMC registration.

New UK RegistrationsJPG icon
As there are many new nurses studying in the UK these nurses will need to become a NMCs student member as normally they start their courses in September - this is usually a busy period for NMC.

European Union RegistrationJPG icon
The process for EU registration is slightly different to that of UK qualified nurses so this identifies the steps that are taken for EU registration.

Overseas-RegistrationsJPG icon
This is by far the most difficult group to produce a work flow for as there are many different checks required. once these check are completed further test are carried out - All of which have been compliled in to a work flow and a mock up produced.

Safana Home page design

safana-home-thumbJPG icon
From visiting the client at his surgery looking around both the exterior and interior of it - this gave me branding colours of what was required for the website.
Viewing the imagary / posters and fliers this gave me sitting down with the client and understanding his website requirements, this was the design I drew up for his home page, which he loved. I am still awaiting for the textual copy for the remaining pages before moving onto the designs of any further pages.

Civil Service Learning (CSL) Portal

Backgound:

I was commissioned to help with the Civil Service Learning portal. This portal is available to all 440,000 civil servants across over 400 departments, including DWP and HMRC as the major employers.

There were multiple stakeholders (KPMG / Korn Ferry Hay Group / CSL / Leo Learning).

Within my role I setup, conducted and ran workshops to obtain requirements, these were converted into User Stories, in the format of
"As a(n) .....
I want ...
so that ..."

This was in turn, ellaberated with the assistance of the Systems Architect and I created the Wireframes (using Balsamiq) and it was then followed up by creating the Protptypes (using Axure RP).

Here are some of the examples of the work I completed
